How Much Money Can I Make?
How Much Money Can I Make?
Your compensation can be as little or as big as you make it because you choose the amount of hours you work. You choose the client that you want to service.
Some choose their client for the compensation rate only. Some choose a client because they are open 24/7 and some choose a client that is super easy with less hourly pay.
There are team members making between $200 – $1250+ per paid invoice period (which is the 1st and 15th each month).
Is there a cost and why?
Is there a cost and why?
Yes but very minimum and for good reason. Read on to understand why......
Assurance Associate Services, LLC has a service fee of $25 per paid invoice period. You are also responsible for the Arise service fee of $19.75 per paid invoice. We pay each invoice on the 1st and 15th of the month. If you make less than the fees or don't generate an income then there is no fees taken out.
Example: This weeks invoice in a 15 day period you did not work any hours so no paid invoice was generated nor any fees charged. However the next 15 day paid invoice period you worked 50 hrs at a rate of $10 per hour totaling a $500 paid invoice subtract $44.75 fees = $455.25 that will be direct deposited to you) {note this is just an example not exact figures}
Also, No fees are charged until the first invoice period after you begin providing customer interaction services to your first Arise client. The fees are deducted from your invoice pay. the remainder amount and all bonuses and rewards earned from your chosen client are 100% yours.
Assurance Associate Services, LLC has to cover business expenses. Our low service fee of $25 per paid invoice allows us to provide you with support during all phases of your certification process and during the course of our ongoing working relationship, continuing education, accounting, revenue disbursement services and offers you the opportunity to service clients without having to form a corporation yourself.
The ARISE® service fee of $19.75 per paid invoice is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the ARISE® 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and STARMATIC® scheduling system and WILLOW® accounting services as well as access to their platform that provides the opportunities with the companies they contact with.
You will be required to do a background check, the cost is $9.99.
Some certification classes charge for registration fees. Some are free. The fee for the certification course for the client you choose can start at $4.99 up to $289 (some are free at times) just all depends on the client you choose. These fee’s are paid to Arise Virtual Solutions, NOT Assurance Associate Services, LLC. This is to pay for live instructor lead course and to make sure that you follow through with maintaining your commitment to attending. Most people value things and take them more serious if they have an invest interest. This is to keep from people registering and dropping classes wasting time and energy for all involved. Kind of like when you sign up for college classes, same concept really.
The reason for these certification classes are to educate you on how to properly work with the Arise system, learn the policy and procedures of the company you choose to work with, have access and exclusive log in to their companies operating systems, learning how to properly handle customer service calls, technical support or chat messages, Learning how to build a working relationship with your instructors as well as other personnel that will be working with you to help you successfully exceed in your certification and performance afterwards. There is a lot that goes into helping you be the best at this career choice. So to have to pay for the access of an opportunity that will more than recover the cost after you certify for potentially years to come is valuable and worth it!
If you have any additional questions please feel free to send us a message. We will be happy to get on the phone with you and help to guild you properly.
How do I know this is a legit opportunity?
How do I know this is a legit opportunity?
Unfortunately, there are many scams that exist in the virtual work-from-home space. Arise, on the other hand, is a legitimate work-from-home opportunity which is evidenced by the tens of thousands of small businesses and their agents who have enjoyed providing services to Arise for decades.
Arise is recognized as an industry leader and we have been featured on several national news segments including Good Morning America, Bloomberg, Fox News, CNN and the TODAY Show, just to name a few. We have also been recognized by the White House for leading virtual job creation in the U.S and have won many awards including Outstanding Minority Business of the Year, Business Intelligence Group’s 2013 Green Company of the Year and Call Center Magazine Product of the Year Award.
In addition to the aforementioned recognitions, Arise is a Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited business with an A+ rating, since 2005.

Because you are self employed, you are in control on when and how much you work. Choose a client that has a contract that meets your needs. If you need to provide your services only during the daytime or would like a client that is open 24/7, you can choose to do so.
Will I be paid for the time I spend in the client certification courses?
Will I be paid for the time I spend in the client certification courses?
Assurance Associate Services, LLC does not compensate the time Client Support Professionals (CSPs) spend in client certification courses as they consider that the knowledge obtained while attending the certification course will benefit the CSP. We are the middleman between our Arise clients and the Authorized agents, Independent Contractors, Sole Proprietors and Freelancers working from home. As an Authorized agent, Independent Contractor, Sole Proprietor or Freelancer, you are responsible for any certification needed that is required to educate yourself to properly provide your services to the client.
Thankfully some clients do offer revenue during certification but again it depends on the client and their requirements in certification periods. It is kind of like being an intern for a company and they will pay you for your services while in training. Each company is different so don't always expect it. Don't worry you will have the opportunity to see what each client requires and is offering before you choose the one that fits your needs and schedule when working from home.

Why is a National Background Check required and what are the deciding factors in passing?
Why is a National Background Check required and what are the deciding factors in passing?
Arise and its clients have high integrity standards and, thus, no one can become a Client Support Professional if they are convicted, pled guilty or pled no contest to a felony or certain misdemeanor charges (such as fraud). Some clients have more stringent standards with respect to being eligible to service their particular account. Most traffic violations do not constitute a disqualifying event. The request is submitted to the search partner via the Web. It can take up to two-business days to receive the results. Six states require additional background information checks. The six are California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Nevada, South Dakota and Vermont. The cost of the background check is factored into the certification course.
